Sample size and power for comparing 3 or more group means
This calculator sizes a one-way, fixed-effects ANOVA comparing k independent group means, using Cohen’s f effect size (the SD of the group means divided by the common within-group SD) and the exact noncentral F-distribution for power. Assumes equal sample size per group and homogeneous within-group variance.
